What drives us
Designing software that sparks joy
We want to build a product that we genuinely love — one that makes the hard stuff feel easy. This generation of healthcare teams should expect software that's intuitive and simple, just like the ones they use at home. They shouldn't need a full day of training to get started.
Creating for a community
At the heart of our tools are the people using them. We build for our community in healthcare, the people who've positively shaped our lives.

We believe trust is earned through transparency: who we serve, how we build, and what our strategy is. We always choose openness over secrecy where it matters.
Building in trust
Healthcare teams are putting their operations in our hands. We don't take that lightly. From how we store data to how we respond when something goes wrong, we build every part of Standard Form to be worthy of that trust.
